Galit Zamler is the Founder of Entrepreneurship for Kids, and has been in business for over 10 years, with a total of 25 years experience in education. She teaches teachers who who then teach the programs in school. She oversees meeting with the children at the end of the term presenting their projects, and heads Hackathons for students and entrepreneurship workshops for both students and educators.
Her career path began accidentally as her son was in 6th grade and the principal wanted to bring courses into school. At the time they only wanted to offer it to the top 20 students. She conducted the class as a test voluntarily. It was well received by kids and parents alike thus starting the business.
She says teaching (teachers ) as a way to scale business is very important. She holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Harriet Watt University, Israel Unit of Scottish Schools, 2003. She lectures at universities, and trains teachers and government delegations.
She has been in magazine articles profiling her and her business. She credits her success to persistence, determination and believing in herself. He enjoys reading, fishing, and cycling in her spare time. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
