Giulia Fontana works at FedEx as a Senior Marketing Specialist. She has over 17 years of professional experience in her field. She is currently responsible for the region pertaining to Italy, Greece and Malta. She came into her current role by way of natural progression.
Today, Giulia specializes in marketing. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Pavia in 1995. She doesn’t belong to any clubs or organizations at this time. Giulia doesn’t do external conferences but as a specialist she does numerous internal presentations. She has won the FedEx Stock Options three times and won Marketing Specialist of the Year in 2003.
In the future she hopes to use her skills and possibly change her focus. She says, ideally she would love to be the marketing general manager which would require a more corporate approach. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
