Hin Benediktsdottir in the Operations Manager for Veitur. She has been with Veitur for almost five years. On a day to day basis she is over the systems operations and is responsible for the health and safety of the workers. Originally, Hin was a project manager and took the opportunity to learn a new position when it was presented.
Hin’s main areas of expertise are in water resources and project management. She has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University in 2007. She also has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Bifrost University in 2018.
Hin attributes her success to her persistence and hard work and says that the highlight of her success has been the level of education that she has been able to obtain. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
