Heather Pyle is currently a Partner and CMO at TEGA Technologies, leveraging her sales and marketing background while at McKinsey and Company to lead the company's expansion beyond wireless and automotive into retail and healthcare. She joined TEGA as President, Chief Medical Officer and co-Founder of TEGA Health, LLC before expanding her role to support TEGA’s expansion into retail as well. TEGA empowers our clients with our Chatterspot solution - a SaaS digital marketing and communications platform that delivers targeted, impactful messages to our client’s end users based on their wants and needs – all with proven ROI. She brings a unique background of practicing medicine and management consulting in service to our clients. Heather trained in emergency medicine at Northwestern in Chicago, learning quickly how to think rapidly on her feet and prioritize urgent issues on multiple fronts while there. She left and joined McKinsey and Company, where she spent close to 5 years offering strategic and operational direction to clients both in the U.S. and abroad. Heather attributes the keys to her success to her integrity, kindness, authenticity, and being true to her beliefs. She is fluent in both English and French and enjoys fitness and travel when not working.
