With over 28 years of professional experience, Heloisa Uelze is the Principal Partner at Trench, Rossi & Watanabe where she is head of the compliance department and represents the Brazilian practice. To this role, Heloisa brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in Constitutional and Public law.
Heloisa holds her Master's Degree in Constitutional Law from Sao Paolo Catholica University and is a member of the Bar Association of Sao Paolo and Rio de Janiero, GRI (Global Research and Investigation), and the Brazilian Defense Rights Institute. Also a passionate educator, she used to teach constitutional law at the Sao Paolo Catholica University and was a speaker in the Brazilian Constitutional Congress and also at the annual Bar Association. Moving forward, she would like to do more compliance work and to work in a more diverse area.
When not engaged with work, Heloisa enjoys sailing and is involved in a non-governmental/non-profit organization that helps people with Autism.
