Hadar Friedland is an experienced international HR professional currently working for Amdocs as the HR Business Partner in Israel. She started her career in HR Operations and Human Analytics and is currently working with two units and overseeing over 700 professionals. She works with the products, strategy and engineering as well as the research and development and professional services of new projects. Hadar is responsible for internal and international external talent data as well as strategy insight and company strategy. She is also responsible for the Senior Management Employee's and Management Development Currently being the HR Business Partner.
Hadar has worked as a practicing lawyer in the Supreme Court in Israel and has a law background in Civil Law. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds an MBA from The Israeli Institute of Technology. Hadar is also constantly learning and developing and is also working in Real Estate Development in the United States.
Hadar is also very involved in mentoring and non profit work with ELEM which works with children in Israel that have come from dysfunctional or abusive homes.
