Inga Smith is an accomplished Human Resources Professional and is an expert in Global Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Human Development. She has been working in this field for over 20 years and is currently working with her own independent Consulting Firm, IVS Consulting, based in the greater Atlanta area. Inga is a qualified HR Professional who knows the end-to-end process and works mainly with communications and content. She understands "the big picture" and the chain of processes to attain the long term goals.
Having worked in multinational companies, Inga is aware of corporate and change management, with experience working at Coca Cola for over 14 years. She was Manager of H&W, handling operations of Global Health and Welfare Leave of Absence plans to over 13,000 international and domestic employees. She was also Global Mobility Consultant responsible for End to End assignment packages including prep, program delivery in Europe Eurasia and Africa. Inga was also Global Mobility Pay and Expense Manager managing governance routines and emerging trends and process improvement.
Inga is a graduate of Purdue University with a Master's degree in Human Development and completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emory University.
