Inne Lissens owns and is the managing director of QBIC Architecten, an architectural company that focuses on building telecommunications towers. She believes "a company is as strong as the people that are committed to it," and started the firm with a team of four, and within 2 months was able to full roll-out to deliver the required volume for two major clients: Ericsson and Benchmark Telecom.
Since then, she has also working for several other auspicious clients including Telecom, s.a. Tech Mahindra, ZTE, Zenith-plus and Terusus. They expanded their team across Belgium, bringing on several CAD engineers and trainees. Since then the company has grown into an engineering firm of 11 full-time employees, with engineers focusing on stability, building permits, design, CAD and project management for every major telecom company in Belgium.
She has enjoyed a lifelong a love and passion for architecture, and is preparing for multiple large-scale projects starting in 2020 that are set to keep them extremely busy for the next 3 years. Inne credits the ability to think quickly on her feet and excel at problem solving has been key to her success. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
