She has more than 8 years experience as a registered nurse, and more than 20 years in sports and personal training plus a robust education in nutrition. She decided to create her own company in health and fitness to promote healthy lifestyles in population.
Isabelle’s objectives are to become a mentor and a speaker to help people further. She hopes to create a movement of healthy lifestyle and health prevention for people.
Isabelle always had a love for fitness and nutrition and has wanted to help people. She truly enjoys making an impact on people's live. She is very proud to have helped so many people and wants to continue to help people in the future. When not working she enjoys skiing, hiking, travel, and spending time with her dog and bird.
