Jane Cassin is the Customer Service Director for Key Computer Applications Ltd. Key Computer Applications is dedicated to providing software, ERP and cloud solutions to a wide range of businesses. Jane is directly responsible for the software and hardware support teams, HR, Health and Safety and also actively supports the sales and development teams. She has an introductory diploma in business management and various team leader qualifications. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Chartered institute of personal development, striving continually to reach her potential while bringing out the best in her staff. Prior to her current position, Jane ran her own business from 1988 to 2007, refurbishing theaters and cinemas, such as the Apollo Theater in Manchester, Palace theatre Manchester, Manchester Opera House, Sunderland Empire, . With the passing of Jane’s late husband, Ian, in 2006, she joined Key so she could have more time with her daughter. She worked her way up into a position as Office Manager and shortly thereafter into a director role. The business has benefited greatly due to Jane’s and the current management teams hard work and dedication to growth.
