Jane Sinclair is the CEO of Panama Lifeboat Services, S. A. She previously worked for shipping agents taking care of vessels coming through the canal in Panama, opened the first branch in 2006, and is registered with a license. Her husband was doing similar work, and eventually they started working together and opened the company.
Jane lectures students at schools in the area for security onboard. She aspires to open branches in other countries, and avoid travelling so much. She would like to hire people in other countries as well. She says the key to her success has been being honest and having staff that are well trained. She is proud of being small but recognized as doing a good job.
In her free time she enjoys travel, fishing, and volunteer work with small organizations helping kids. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
