I'm a single parent of two boys, one is 7 and the other just turned 5.

Joana Menezes is the Human Resources for Traducta. She started last November (2018) as the HR Manager at Traducta, a translation
and linguistics services company. She has a total of 13 years professional experience. Joana has been charged with shaping and improving the HR Department of the company.
Joana is best known for culture culture change/transformation. She has a Degree in General Management concluded in 2006. She is a member of the Managers Association of Angola. Joana also does internal training and coaching within the company.
In the future she hopes to continue to grow as a professional with an eye towards future opportunities. The key to her success has been having a strong role model (my mother) and determination. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
