With over 35 years of experience in her field, Josee Lynda Denis is currently an Independent Board Director. In this role, she mandates corporate governance and monitors risk management. Josee brings dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in strategic development, asset management, fund review and business development to all that she does.
Josee holds her Master's of Business Administration from the Concordia and Open Univeristy UK. She is also a member of Associa Luxembourg and the Briting Commerce Female World Pool. Moving forward, Josee plans to build her practice of board mandates and investment funds.
