Juliana Barbiero is the Managing Director of TeleHelp. he is responsible for the general management of the company. This consists of all things involving marketing, digital channels, restructuring of the sales team, direct and indirect sales.
Juliana occasionally gives lectures on consumer insight, analysis of CRM database's and mobile business. She credits her success to her drive to accomplish many things as well as her strategic planning and thinking. She likes to see things get done and is driven by execution and not getting lost in the concept.
Her goals for the next 3-5 years, include moving to the U.K. to have an international career, to be a successful marketing professional in the U.K. and to really be a thriving professional in the European market.
The highlight of her career is the fact that she creating a whole new marketing structure within Samsung.It spanned the course of 2 years and it turned out to be quite successful. When not working she enjoys crafts and reading.
