Julie Lee is the Director of Operations and General Manager of Daylite Maintenance. She has twenty years of experience in her field, and in an average day she does all the planning and logistics, hiring and firing, and oversees employee training. Having entered the industry because it gave her a variety of things to do, Julie is a skilled multitasker and makes sure things run smoothly, ensures fiscal health, and puts processes and procedures in place. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and graduated in 2013. Julie is a member of Rotary International and active with the school PTA. In the next three to five years, she would like to revolutionize the company by getting the awareness out there. Her key to success is hope and having faith and a good family support system. The highlight of her career was when she worked with pretty big names in her career and made building blocks to her next venture.
