Julie Rodriguez is the Executive Director of Abilities Without Boundaries. Julie's niece was born with Autism and through inspiration Julie pursued the non-profit world to help people. She has been at this organization for two years with a total of 16 years in her career.
During that time has increased staff from 40-80 people through government funding based on how many people were placed into the workforce during her first year. As they profited and there was an increase of government funding to the organization, she was able to increase staff size and programs going from one program when she began, to seven currently.
She has worked at other non profit organizations such as Goodwill and domestic violence agencies. She aims for continued growth in her company and in her profession. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
