Karen Rubio has over 20 years of experience in her field, and is an engineer for Davivienda. Serving as a general manager, she oversees more than 200 people, and directs and leads the sales team, administration, expenses and budgeting. She is highly skilled in management and leadership, and serves on the Board for the company.
Karen holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Unitech University, class of 2012. She studied industrial engineering in her undergraduate program, and was recruited into the insurance industry early in her career, and has loved being in it ever since.
Karen credits her success to team building and a passion for her field. She lectures at the university, and speaks at women's forums. Outside of work, she is active with Save the Children and enjoys spending time with her family.
