Karina Massicotte is the Director of Aliments Morehouse Canada. She has been with the company for 16 years. She is in charge of the manufacturing plant for Canada, head of operations, production, and sales director. She reports to the Board of Directors in California.
Karina is a member of Agrifood Export Group (group of manufacturers in Worldwide export). She attributes the key to her success to openness, understanding people (necessary as a leader), keeping goals in mind and working towards them even as they change and evolve.
Karina hopes to continue as Director at Morehouse, currently biggest seller is mustard, but would like to expand the lines they have, and add vinaigrettes, sauces and marinades. She is proud of her team, and has developed them to work as a family and tight unit, where everyone contributes. Outside of work she donates to "Race for Healthy Kids" and her local food bank.
