Her expertise is in business analysis, management, economics, IT strategy, change management, business process, marketing strategy and team leadership. Karla has a Master’s degree in Economics and Information Technology and speaks English and German. She began her career in 1982 and has become an accomplish industry leader, receiving the 2006 Red Dot Award. Throughout her three decades of experience, Karla has published three books on change management and worked with major companies, such as Reebok and Adidas.
