Karla Zapata has over 20 years of experience as a food engineer. Her enjoyment of working in factories led to her career choice. She travels all over the world for work. Karla has a Masters in Food Science that she received from the University of Queensland in Australia from 2007. Eventually, she says that she would like to be promoted to the Director of the Engineering Field in Danone or another company. Karla says that her success is due to remaining professional and being able to communicate effectively and ask for help when needed.
