Kirat Dhillon is a Senior Manager for Zensa Technologies. She has over 15 years as an HR professional, working with SHRM based in Washington DC. She has also worked with conferences in HR, and left for Seattle to do recruitment. Currently, she takes care of a team back in India, budgets, targets, weekly, quarterly, monthly, in the United States, working with Microsoft and Amazon.
She is a strong believer in people with their potential through mentoring and she loves it. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, 2002. She is a member SHRM Association and the Dubai Association.
She credits her success to perseverance, and coming from a very diverse background. Her father was in the army, she did lots of traveling helping her to be diverse in her thinking. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
