With over 10 years of experience in her field, Kimberly L. Hatley is a Project Manager for Rocky Mountain Construction where her role is to manage the mechanical engineering department and to design train and track roller coasters. She also project manages the new projects that are brought on, the designs, and the intake with all customers. Kimberly brings unmatched expertise in logistics, procurement, developing schedules, and team management. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho and belongs to the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Moving forward, Kimberly would like to find a position that is back into actual construction. She is most proud of making her way in a male dominated industry and carrying her various projects and teams to success.
