Kristin D. Williams, VP of Operations for Murphy and Associates, is a versatile staffing and recruiting professional with broad business knowledge acquired within a variety of industries. Having worked for a global company on strategic initiatives, Kristin has vast experience working with and meeting the needs of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Kristin earned her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Western Washington University and began her career with Microsoft. She has since, continually picked up new and vital skills that have propelled her into the position she’s in today. Kristin is most proud of implementing an industry changing model integrator for Microsoft. A member of the YMCA, Kristen enjoys bike riding, playing golf, and spending time with her family.
