Liana Bertsche has over 30 years of finance experience and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Vision Integrity Engineering, a post she has held for the last 3 years. As CFO, she ensures business development and drives strategy, and oversees marketing and corporate financial goals. Previously in a different department at Vision Integrity, Liana decided she wanted to transition into the financial side of management and shifted her focus.
Liana holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Outside of her work with Vision Integrity, she established the nonprofit organization Define the Future, where she teaches children ages 10-14 about entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Looking ahead, she would like to move into a consulting role and to teach people about investing in the private sector. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
