Lina Peralta has worked in the Automotive Industry since 2002 in different areas including CAE, Performance, Validation, Design and Cost Engineering. Additional positions she has held outside GM include Quality Engineer and Insurance Professional. She has also been the Chair of an Affinity group of women promoting activities that contribute to the professional development of women. Lina feels that in the Automotive Industry and in most of Engineering areas there is still work to do for gender equity, so she would like to develop herself while supporting other women as well.
Lina holds her Master's degree and brings unmatched expertise in innovative strategy, project management, and cost engineering to her role. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
