Linda Saphija serves as managing director and CEO for Local Eyes, a multinational, industry-leading company that specializes in providing business globalization services that has grown, accompanying them in their internationalization process in more than 50 countries. She moved from Italy to San Francisco, a neighbor of Silicon Valley, to start the company in the United States in 2007. She is a member of the company’s board of directors and responsible for the successful implementation of the group strategy, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, business development, and operations.
Linda earned her M.B.A. from SDA Bocconi School of Management, master’s in sales and marketing with a specialization in luxury goods from IT Holding Business School, and a master’s degree from Università degli Studi di Pavia. She is a proven team leader and negotiator with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees all over the world.
She is passionate about new challenges and hard goals, highly driven by results, and is always an enthusiastic team player. When not working with Local Eyes, she assists her family with the non-profit organization focused on the children and families of children undergoing heart transplants, which they run in their father's name, who was a surgeon that dedicated his life to helping others. Linda fluently speaks English, Italian, Albanian, and French.
