Lisa Hannigan is the Learning and Development Coordinator for Suddath. She has been in her career field for over 18 years. She is responsible for training and coaching, meeting organizational goals, building new curriculums and she overseas 14 branches. Lisa came into her field by way of natural progression.
Lisa’s expertise are in coaching/training, learning development, E-Learning Master Trainer, instructional and virtual training. She has a degree in Business Transportation and Logistics from North Florida in 2012. Lisa is a member of ATD and Transport Logistics Society. She is planning on doing some public speaking starting this year.
Lisa won the 2013 Employee of the Year for her company. In the next few years she wants to get her Virtual Training Certificate, do some public speaking and start her own consulting company. She says the key to her success has been her natural ability to lead others. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
