Lissette Jaen has over 15 years of experience in her field, and is Key Account Manager on IT industry for Grupo Electrodata SAC. In her role, she assists and meets with clients, providing them the opportunity to develop local services, products and brand representation globally. She looks for solutions in brands based upon a client's needs, and manages long-term projects and contracts, working closely with the biggest mining companies in Peru.
Having always wanted to be in IT, Lissette has a bachelor's degree in IT and has strong technical skills. She was a Process Engineer in a telecommunication company, and worked her way in sales, eventually at one of the largest banks in Peru, where she honed her her leadership skills. She also holds a master's degree in marketing from ESAN, class of 2014. She has written articles on software engineering, and has engaged in public speaking on topics of networks, IT and engineering.
Lissette credits her success to her reliability, empathy and passion. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler.
