Lucy Engel is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Cyber Security for the Bank of America. She is responsible Business Process Threat Modeling, and has been with the Bank for more than 11 years. Prior to that she was the Regional Information Security Officer for Latin America for 11 years.
Highly specialized in cyber security, technology, banking and finance, internal auditing, regulatory environment, Lucy is CISM certified and has extensive knowledge of NIST and ISO 27000. Prior to Bank of America, she worked with the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley act and as Team Lead in Risk Assessment for Latin America for ABN Amro REAL, where she worked for over 3 years. She has a post-graduation in Banking from Mackenzie and a master's degree from FECAP in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
Outside of her work in banking, Lucy has also taught courses in Cyber Security and Business Analysis. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
