Lucy Riga is currently a Certified Executive Coach and Trainer. She has started her own company called ULIYA Training and Coaching that is located in Belgium. She is committed to working with small to middle sized companies to analyze and work, not only one on one, but also team coaching in house. She is an expert in Practical Communication Training, Guidance and Management Coaching Internationally.
Lucy has had her start up company since 2017 and has over 20 years in Coaching, 10 of which in executive coaching. She is also a Certified Coach with The Marshall Goldsmith Center for Certified Coaching. She is a Member of The Community of Conversational Intelligence in Belgium, a member of The Professional Association of HealthCare in Belgium, as well as The Belgian Health Care Network.
Lucy has a vast background in the medical profession, hospital and health care, as well as pharmaceuticals and the financial sector. Lucy is a graduate of the University of Leuven with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Hospital Sciences which she completed in 1992.
She also has a Nursing Degree from Saint Elizabeths University Leuven. Lucy is a Certified Trainer in Communications Skills and Resistance Techniques. She is an experienced project manager, quality manager, and also worked as an Internal Auditor ISO 9001.
Lucy is also an accomplished Black Belt in Karate which she completed with her son. In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
