With more than 15 years of industry experience, Lydia Marcos is the CEO & Founder of RockinBeauty® established 5 years ago. She has 10 years of prior experience doing marketing and branding in the beauty industry for some of the biggest companies and she owns a separate cosmetic distribution business supplying more basic cosmetics. Lydia's company sells high end specialty lipstick composed of collagen and peptin and packaged in a specialty case with LED digital lighting.
Lydia holds her Associate's degree in Business Administration from Fullerton College and is a member of the Professional Beauty Association and the Indeed Beauty Expo. Also a dynamic speaker, she does quite a few talks about the beauty industry for start-ups and entrepreneurs, usually for women. Moving forward, Lydia plans to sell her brand in the next 3-5 years and hopes to meet like-minded individuals and share ideas by inspiring each other's creativity.
When not engaged with work, Lydia enjoys golf, travel and hiking.
