Dr. Maite Hurtado is a Nephrologist at Baxter. Dr. Hurtado has several years of professional experience in the medical sector both as a practicing physician and now also as the director for Baxter. She began her career in Bogota in the Emergency Medical Unit. From there she then went on to The Clinica Mary in the field of Internal Medicine.
Subsequent life events occurred which led her to further her medical studies and became devoted to Nephrology at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, which has led her to her current role with Baxter. She contributes her hard work and insatiable desire to continue to learn about the latest innovations and best practices in her field. She believes have been the key reasons that she has been able to reach this stage in her career.
