Marie Monier is the CEO of CMDKare. She has experience of over 20 years experience and has worked in the healthcare field and led design. These are the types of work that made her start her own healthcare consulting company. Her average day consist of providing patients and clients with the right healthcare plans, and providing them information on hospitals which will best suit their needs,
She excels in hospital organization work, developing and breaking down the hospital systems, streamlining by changing the customers needs and changes in care, new technologies and therapeutic communication with clients. Her expertise are in strategic analysis, action planning, and specializing in hospital strategy.
