More than 25 years
Marilia Rabello is a Hotel Manager for Brotas Eco Resort Hotel Fazenda. She has been in her career field for over 30 years. During her average day she works with teens during the year and work with adults seasonally, usually providing eco tourism activities. Her hotel has about 56 rooms and is a very well known farm hotel out of Brazil.
Marilia started working with teens and kids at summer camps then tried to do psychology and physical education. When she noticed that Brotas became a place of eco tourism and many adults were starting to visit she saw an opportunity to work at a country side hotel and she’s been there since. Marilia is noted for her sales and operations skills.
She has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Coaching from Laurant University Sao Paulo in 2009. She does some public speaking when she trains and mentors. Her hotel won the award for the Best Hotel in Brazil. In the future she wants to keep the hotel as one of the nest and expand her business internationally. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
