Marilou Maderazo is an Assistant Professor at Higher Colleges of Technology. With over 18 years is her field, she teaches in business and management, and is a researcher. She will be doing a presentation at the University of Cambridge July 21st, and attending courses for international certification in HR. Teaching has always been her passion. She was in banking for 8 years but when she experienced teaching there was definitely a love there. She is noted for her skills in Business Management , HR and Strategic Management. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Bantan/Bahrain State University, 2009, and is a member of the Society for HR Management, Academy of International Business, Sustainability Development Japan, and Philippines Education Society. On the horizon, she will continue to grow in UAE, and loves teaching. The key to her success is passion, patience, and motivation. She is most proud of being involved as well as being accepted in UAE by one of the largest government institutions in the UAE. She enjoys reading and travel in her spare time, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
