Marsha Tarlow has been the Owner of Rosyn Village Gallery for 32 years and is a painter and teacher. She does commissions, works closely with her students, and spearheads all operation of the gallery. If anyone walks into the gallery and wants to buy a piece of art, then she is also the sales person for the company. As an artist herself, Marsha specialises in oil painting and impressionism.
Marsha studied Art at Hofstra University in 1983 and belongs to the Roslyn Board of Trade. She frequently does public speaking in her gallery and invites fellow professional artists to speak as well. Moving forward, Marsha sees herself doing more commission work, teaching, and selling art.
When not engaged with work, Marsha enjoys cooking all types of foods. Also a passionate philanthropist, she runs various fundraisers in the gallery including one for Autism, showcasing autistic children's work, and ones benefitting Pancreatic Cancer, Brain Cancer, and MS.
