Maru Tijerina (Maria Eugenia Tijerina) is well known in Mexico for event logistics coordination and support for FIRA, a division of the Mexican government. Maru has worked with the Mexican government for 16 years. She has worked with the President of Mexico and many important visitors to the country. She is currently in charge of receiving visitors for the Director of her agency, FIRA, and arranging for their time in Mexico: dining, company visits, tours and so forth.
Maru Loves to do public relations and to work with lots of people and make them comfortable. She is a natural hostess and promoter of Mexico. She is best known for amazing public speaking skills. She has won many awards in her field. Maru does not have any publications at this time.
In the future one of Maru’s goals is to own her own bakery shop. She says the keys to her success have been how she treats people and her beautiful smile that many tell her brightens their day. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
