More than 25 years
Maureen Villalobos has more than 25 years of experience in education administration having held several leadership positions in the administrative hierarchy of ULACIT, the private university her family founded generations ago. She started Edumorphos, an education leadership training agency, four years ago to provide leadership workshops for schools to learn how to develop programs for their students. She is particularly focused on developing programs for girls and female education administrators. She started helping women by motivating them through mentoring, speaking at conferences and transforming their self image. She has been developing educational projects in higher education for many years and now helps female entrepreneurs develop businesses. She considers her purpose in this world to transform education through leadership and recovering values at all educational levels. Maureen holds her Master's degree in Project Management from the University of International Cooperation, an Ed.D in Quality in Education from UNICIT, Panama, a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from Laureate Latina University. Moving forward, she plans on increasing speaking engagements at conferences on educational leadership and developing more value-based programs about teaching and reforms. In her spare time, Maureen enjoys painting, writing and travel.
