Miglena Dermendjieva has over 23 years of experience in her field, and is Agile Transformation Coach for CredoNobis Coaching, Ltd. The firm does transformation implementing software projects; she works with clients to implement software solutions. Her days are filled with the planning and executing of the transformation, as well as facilitating workshops.
Having followed a natural progression in her career, Miglena started out in Denmark and found it challenging to find a position in engineering. However, she transitioned into the leadership and management sector, and realized she had a knack for project management and systems. She is noted for her skills in transformation management, coaching, process optimization and web development, and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
In addition to the WAoFP, Miglena is a member of the Civil Engineering Organization of Denmark. She credits her success to her personality and empathy, and is proud to be the only woman in a leadership role in IT. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
