I am newly married to my fantastic husband. We live together with our two dogs and cat, Heidi, Max and Treble.
I am a residential Sales Representative with The Faris Team, Royal LePage First Contact Realty Ltd. Brokerage. Prior to my career in real estate, I garnered over 10 years of customer service experience working in the hospitality industry, as well as 5 years in sales and marketing. With a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Psychology, I have a great passion for working with people. I serve clients in Wasaga Beach, Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny, Tay, Severn, Springwater and surrounding areas. As a resident of Wasaga Beach, I have strong real estate and community knowledge of these areas. I love living and working in a smaller community, close to the water and nature, and values the lifestyle that this provides.

She manages the network, listing homes, as well as buying, and selling. Melissa started in Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales and truly enjoys helping her clients. The Faris Team, Royal LePage First Contact Realty is a Canada Post partner company specializing in turn-key target direct mail marketing promotions and solutions. She envisions and drafts the initial promotional design, liaising between the client and the Sales-metric graphic design team to finalize the artwork and acquire legal approval. Melissa synchronizes the printing and collation of all marketing material, working with outsourced print and mail house vendors to meet the client’s defined Canada Post delivery deadline. She works to collaborate with the client’s corporate marketing team on high profile Grand Opening Programs for stores in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, completing 15 new store campaigns in 18 months.
