Melissa Orbea, owner of Magnum Drywall, is a proud mother and independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2008, Melissa and her husband started their drywall business, which became a national company within the first five years. Known as “the drywall girl,” Melissa has vast knowledge of the industry and is active on job sites, proving that women can succeed and excel in the construction industry. She is all about female empowerment and is eager to network and help other women achieve greatness.
Melissa has an Associate’s Degree from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Athens Homebuilder Association and, with her husband, works hard to volunteer services for returning veterans. In her spare time, she enjoys music, traveling, and dancing.
