With over 25 years of experience in her field, Merlene Best is a Human Resources Advisor and head of her own HR Consulting Agency, Best Advice & Management for HR Services. She has clients in a myriad of fields and provides impeccable advising on recruitment, contract preparation, regulations, staff development and more.
Merlene holds her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from the University of the West Indies and is a member of the HR Management Association of Barbados. Moving forward, she is looking to move to the United States in the next year and to expand her work on a global scale.
Also a passionate philanthropist, Merlene volunteers frequently as an advocate for children in her community and regularly attends church.
