Merling Sapene is the Founder of mTransition. She has been in her current role since January of 2019 and has 14 years of previous experience as a Director at Bombardier. She is over change management training and support. Merling hosts workshops centered around immigrants acclimating to their new country and culture.
Merling is best known for her skills in change management and transformation as well as her ability to customize workshops to clients. She has a Master’s Degree in Humans Systems and Intervention from Concordia University in 2005. She is a member of APMG and had a book published last year.
In the next few years Merling hopes to firmly establish her business and expand to other provinces. The keys to her success have been resilience and passion. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
