With over 20 years of professional experience in her field, Michelle Berg is a Chief Experience Designer for Elevated, a company she built from scratch which currently has zero debt and does just over 1.2 million dollars in revenue annually. Michelle spearheads a team of 10 that help companies create an employee experience that matters. Prior to starting this venture, Michelle was the Senior Vice President of HR for a land development company.
Michelle holds her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a member of the Human Resource Institute Alberta and HMRM. Frequently lauded for her work, she has been the recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year and the Innovation Award. Moving forward, Michelle plans to double her current revenue by expanding and ultimately either selling the company or having an acquisition.
