She specializes in food and entertainment production. She is currently opening a new line of destination catering for events worldwide and a Tuscan authentic cooking restaurant. For 15 years, Monica Balli has produced destination events and destination weddings for corporate clients, celebrities, and those who want the extraordinary. A true artist, Monica begins with the sketch and proceeds to handle every detail and logistic required to make her client's event truly memorable. This include design, decorating, handling vendors, travel, logistics and more. Monica’s work has been featured in Hello Magazine, Il Tirreno, Brides Magazine, Grace Ormonde, Brides.com as well as E-Entertainment Television and MTV. In addition to her event planning and production, she has launched a destination catering company for events worldwide called Tuscan Bites, specializing in authentic Tuscan cuisine. She is fluent in Italian, English, German and understands French.
