Personal Information
With over 28 years of experience, Monica Escudero is a Teacher in Peru where she brings a genuine love of education to her role. Ms. Escudero oversees 100 elementary school students, ages 7-10 and is well equipped to teach students with special needs and disabilities.
Ms. Escudero received her Bachelor's degree in Education from the Universidad Seminina del Salgrado Corazon and a Secondary Degree from Chile. A dynamic lecturer, she speaks at seminars and counseling sessions in the jungles of Peru as well as lectures in other public schools. She published an article in the Minister of Education entitled "A Guide to First & Second Grade", as well as other articles.
Moving forward, Ms. Escudero would like to continue to teach and to share her knowledge with other teachers, spending less hours in school and doing more mentorship in Lima and other Peruvian areas. She credits her success thus far to remaining positive and maintaining an optimistic attitude and openness to learning, even at age 50. She often volunteers her time and resources to her community and those less fortunate.
