Miri Yochanna has several years of experience in her current field. She is a teacher trainer and teaching material developer for Kibbutzim College of Education. She delivers courses on linguistics and the iteration of technology in the classroom. She has developed materials for teaching as a second language and is working on developing assessment tools for nationwide exams. She is also doing research in bilingualism and how that affects future teachers.
She was very young and had just finished military school. She was looking to advance her career and fell into the field of linguistics. It was a natural progression for her moving forward. She has a Doctorate in Linguistics. She is part of the Israeli English Teachers Association and the Teacher’s Union.
In her free time she enjoys painting, traveling, and reading. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
