She has experience in many industries, primarily healthcare, telecommunications and retail and launched her business, Envision HR Solutions, in 2018. This venture is a consultancy firm that consults with all industries on advisory matters concerning all areas of Human Resource Management. Nancy is well known for her leadership, professionalism and expertise.
As a participant of SHRIM, Nancy spoke at the PIHRA Conference in 2005 on encouraging employers to take a look at serving the veteran population.
