Nicola Harris is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. She has been in this field since 1998 and in her current role for the last two years. Her responsibilities include coaching, dealing with employee issues and attending meetings. She has four people directly under her and oversees 300 people in two countries.
Nicola’s expertise are in human resources, professional development and employee relations. She has a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester in 1998. Nicola is a member of SHRM. She was on a panel in 2018 at an International conference for women.
