Nikita Leak is the Owner of Royalty Living Home Health Care where she works with the elderly by helping them stay at home rather than in hospitals or nursing homes. Nikita employs and trains HHA's, PCA's and CNA's and always brings compassion and enthusiasm to her work.
Nikita holds her degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Moving forward, she plans on expanding her business and continuing to train others on how to work with the elderly community by starting to do things like webinars.
